Common services like screen replacements and battery swaps are typically executed within 1 hour while you wait. If you prefer, you can also book an appointment online in advance.

Yes, we offer insured nationwide delivery across all 47 counties in Kenya. Orders within Nairobi are dispatched via express riders on the same day, while parcel transit to major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.) takes between 24 and 48 hours. Orders above KES 6,500 enjoy free delivery!
